Hi, I’m Aava – your square-shaped coffee table with a sculptural cross-shaped base. My name comes from Finnish and means ‘wide, open’ – a sense of lightness and space that I radiate despite my compact size.
My square tabletop and frame are entirely veneered in oak and lacquered, with a warm, natural grain. My base consists of two intersecting wooden discs that elegantly join to form a sturdy, X-shaped base – a design detail that gives me a calm, sculptural character.
Whether as a place to put books and drinks or as a design focal point in front of the sofa – I’m there wherever relaxed living room moments take place.
