3. Collection and processing of personal data
Data collected when visiting the site
The website at Ehrmann Wohn- und Einrichtungs GmbH (the Provider) can be visited without the user providing any personal details. By submitting a contact enquiry, the user agrees that we may contact them via one of the specified contact channels in order to process the enquiry. Our legitimate interest is to facilitate straightforward communication with the customer regarding their specific enquiry and, thereby, to provide good customer service. Data collected when ordering a gift voucher online We collect the user’s personal data for the purpose of establishing, performing or terminating a contract when vouchers are purchased online. When placing an order, the user must provide certain mandatory details (title, first name and surname, street, house number, postcode, town, email address). Personal data is only disclosed to the delivery service commissioned to handle the order for the purpose of processing the order. The legal basis is Article 6(1), first sentence, point (b) of the GDPR.

9. Shipping provider DHL and DHL 2-man delivery
For the delivery of goods, we work with the parcel delivery providers DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, Germany, and DHL 2-Mann-Handling GmbH, Heinrich-Büssing-Ring 25, 38102 Braunschweig, Germany (hereinafter collectively referred to as "DHL"). 12. Use of Google Ads
To measure the success of our advertising campaigns, we use Google Ads conversion tracking. 19. Use of our chat function (powered by homie AI)
