Returns at Faee Home
Depending on the delivery method, we distinguish between postal delivery and courier delivery. Select the appropriate option below to arrange your return quickly and easily.
Here’s how to return your goods:
- Visit our returns page at www.faee-home.de/retoure-paket and follow the steps described there.
- Print out your DHL returns label or, alternatively, use the DHL QR code directly at a DHL branch.
- Then simply drop off your parcel at a DHL branch or parcel point.
Note on costs:
For returns within Germany, we charge a flat-rate return fee of €7.95, which will be deducted from your refund. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the full cost of the return yourself.

Our customer service team will then inform you of the next steps and arrange for the goods to be collected.
