Depending on the delivery method, we distinguish between postal delivery and courier delivery. Select the appropriate option below to arrange your return quickly and easily.
Here’s how to return your goods:
- Visit our returns page at www.faee-home.de/retoure-paket and follow the steps described there.
- Print your DHL returns label or, alternatively, use the DHL QR code directly at a DHL branch.
- Then simply drop off your parcel at a DHL branch or parcel point.
