Returns & cancellation at Faee Home
If you want to cancel your contract, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract. Depending on the shipping method, we differentiate between postal and carrier shipping. Select the appropriate option below to declare your cancellation quickly and easily.
How to return your goods:
- Go to our returns page at www.faee-home.de/retoure-paket and follow the steps described there.
- Print out your DHL returns label or alternatively use the DHL QR code directly at the DHL shop.
- Then simply hand in your parcel at a DHL branch or parcel station.
